Payment:
We accept Amazon Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We are only able to ship to addresses which have been validated by your credit card. In other words, the billing address you enter at checkout must match the billing address on your credit/ debit card exactly. Money order and Bank Check orders are also accepted. Please contact us if you wish to place an order this way.
We take your personal information very seriously. We employ advanced technology to screen all orders for fraudulent activity. In the event that we determine your order may be at high risk for fraud, we may, at our discretion, contact you for additional information to verify the legitimacy of your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order which we feel is at a high risk for fraud.
Fraudulent activity is taken very seriously. Any activities determined to be fraudulent will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders for In-Stock items will ship the same business day if ordered before cut-off times below during our regular business hours Monday through Friday (unless otherwise noted on the product details page - excludes weekends and holidays):
- Fedex (Federal Express): Order Received before 3:00pm Eastern Time.
- USPS (United States Postal Service): Order Received before 1:00pm Eastern Time.
Starkey offers 100% free 2-3 day shipping on all items we sell anywhere in the USA. For items that qualify for Free 2-day Shipping, we ship Fedex 2-Day service. Carrier selection for ‘Free Shipping' orders are the choice of Starkey Products. We generally ship Fedex for items under 1lb and over 6lb. Other items will be shipped via USPS. Shipping to a PO/ APO box is no problem, just keep in mind that you must select the free shipping option or USPS shipping option. All Starkey brand items ship from Florida, while other items may be drop shipped to expedite receipt of your order.
Please note: If we expect your order to take longer than the normal 2-3 day estimate, a note in large RED letters will be posted at the top of the product description for that particular product.
International Shipping:
International orders/ shipments are welcomed. Normally the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex is used for international orders. All international duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Please note that international orders are reviewed carefully for signs of fraud. We may, at our discretion cancel your order if we feel it is at high risk for fraud. For guaranteed order acceptance from our international customers, please order through our eBay store. Most products are sent with signature required for security purposes - we want to make SURE you receive your shipment.

Warranty:
Having a problem with a product you purchased from us or one of our authorized dealers? Please email or call us with a detailed description of the problem you are having and your contact information. If necessary, an RMA (return authorization number) will be issued for you to return the product to us for repair/ replacement.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in any component manufactured by Starkey Products, Inc. Warranty is effective for five years from the date of purchase.* Coverage terminates if you sell or transfer ownership of the product. Starkey Products will repair or replace the defective or malfunctioning product or any defective or malfunctioning part thereof at no charge. This warranty covers parts only - any labor charges incurred by the customer for installation of the product are not covered. This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, acts of God, or improper installation. Any modification or alteration to any component will void the product warranty. The warranty does not cover wear that any components receive through the normal course of operation and use (including but not limited to bulbs). All warranty claims require proof of purchase.
*Note: Bulbs included in all other kits are wear items and carry a 6-month warranty.
*Note: If customers need warranty support more than 30 days after purchase, return shipping costs to Starkey Products will be the customer's responsibility.
Our company also sells parts from other manufacturers that are complementary to our own. If you purchased one of those products, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it unopened within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less Original and Return shipping charges incurred by Starkey Products. For example - if the original shipping cost to the customer was $8.95 for Fedex 2-Day shipping and the label for return shipping costs is $4.95, a total of $13.90 would be deducted from the return. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for unopened products. Any products that have been opened or installed may incur a re-stocking fee. If you would prefer to use your own shipping label to return the product, please mention it when you contact us to request a return.
Note: If the product was purchased from one of our dealers, their return policy will apply.
Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct product for their vehicle or application. We cannot be held responsible for products that were ordered by mistake or were assumed to fit a vehicle application not explicitly listed on the product details page.
Exchanges:
If for any reason you need to exchange a product due to an error you made when ordering, please email us for an RMA number (return authorization number). No charges apply for exchanges, including basic ground shipping to get the correct part to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Typically in this situation, we recommend you place an order for the correct part so we can get it on the way to you. Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued.

We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure the efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will NEVER give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party.
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected with the most advanced SSL encryption technology available. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected.
